Cost & Budget Management: Prepare and monitor operational budgets, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and evaluate ROI for capital expenditure projects. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across production, quality, maintenance, and logistics; establish performance goals and drive team engagement. Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across production efficiency, on-time delivery, scrap rates, and inventory turnover. Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, BIS, safety standards), enforce quality assurance protocols, and manage audits and certifications. Inter-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with R&D, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operational outputs with business requirements. Risk Mitigation & Business Continuity: Identify potential operational risks (e.g., supplier delays, production breakdowns) and implement contingency plans.
