Job Description

Job Title: PPC Executive

Location: Bangalore (Kagalipura)

Department: PPC

Reports To: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
Material Coordination:
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, sheet metal components, fasteners, and electrical accessories.
Capacity Management:
Monitor machine and manpower capacity to optimize production flow and reduce bottlenecks.
Inventory Control:
Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with stores and procurement for replenishment.
Process Monitoring:
Oversee shop floor activities to ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
Data Analysis:
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Liaise with design, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of production schedules, delays, and output; generate daily and monthly reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
35 years of experience in PPC, preferably in electrical or sheet metal fabrication industries.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good communication and team coordination abilities.
