Job Description of PPC & Store Position: PPC Executive (Production Planning & Control) Department: Production / Store Experience: Minimum 3 years Location: Rohtak, Haryana Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced PPC Executive to join our cycle production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing production activities as well as handling store operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and inventory status. Coordinate with the production, purchase, and store departments to ensure timely availability of materials. Monitor production progress and resolve any issues or delays. Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management. Ensure proper documentation of material inward/outward and stock records. Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for better efficiency. Coordinate with quality and dispatch teams for on-time delivery. Generate regular reports related to production, stock status, and planning. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of production planning and store management. Familiarity with inventory control systems (ERP knowledge preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
