Plan, coordinate, and execute daily and long-term production activities to meet customer orders and organizational targets.
Develop and maintain accurate material plans to ensure timely and uninterrupted delivery of materials to production lines.
Monitor production performance by comparing planned versus actual output; identify deviations and take corrective actions.
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demand, available capacity, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and quality teams to ensure efficient workflow and address potential bottlenecks.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies or delays and recommend improvement strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across the production process.

Location: Chakan, Pune

Candidates from Valves and Fittings manufacturing background are preferred.
