Job Description

• Manage Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) while ensuring maximum ROI and lead quality.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance daily using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite; adjust strategies based on insights.
• Ad Copy & A/B Testing: Create compelling ad copies, conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages, and continuously improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research and manage targeting strategies to reach the right audience effectively across multiple platforms.
• Basic SEO Integration: Apply basic knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO to align paid strategies with organic efforts and improve overall digital performance.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Paid Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads & Mobile App marketing)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
