About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of advertising strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) 2. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign targeting and performance 3. Help optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structure to maximize ROI 4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights 5. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing goals Requirements: 1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and advertising best practices 2. Apply an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights 3. Exhibit strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration 4. Show familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel 5.
