In this role, you will provide technical expertise to customers and licensees to resolve technical issues related to product supply and test facilities. Supplier training and relationship management will also be key responsibilities. Your experience in quality, manufacturing, and project management will be valuable, along with your ability to develop and implement vendor qualification processes. You should be proficient in augmenting procedures, formats, SQA manuals, and have strong skills in report and procedure writing with excellent presentation abilities. Understanding manufacturing processes such as air conditioner manufacturing, plastic molding, stamping, and tubes will be beneficial. Strong analytical skills and field failure analysis capabilities are also required for this role.,
