Job Title:* Business Analyst – Tanishq Showroom, Bhilai We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented *Business Analyst* to manage and interpret our business and financial data. The ideal candidate should have *excellent command over Excel and Google Sheets, along with strong capabilities in **data visualization tools* like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. This role will play a key part in improving decision-making and operational efficiency. *Key Responsibilities:* * Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to generate actionable insights * Create and maintain *financial MIS reports*, including profitability analysis, cost tracking, and variance reports * Develop *interactive dashboards and visualizations* to monitor store performance, KPIs, and financial health * Collaborate with the Store Manager and Sales team to identify improvement areas using data-driven insights * Automate recurring reporting processes using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and related tools * Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all business and financial data reporting *Key Skills Required:* * Advanced proficiency in *Microsoft Excel* and *Google Sheets* * Hands-on experience with *data visualization tools* like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio * Strong understanding of *financial MIS reporting* and business metrics * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Good communication and presentation skills
