The role involves conducting flow simulations for powertrain and after treatment systems. You will be responsible for simulating powertrain systems, including component and system modeling/optimization, as well as programming simulation tools. Additionally, you will create and develop functions for engine and aftertreatment systems. Your tasks will also include requirement analysis to understand goals, model integration by combining modules into larger systems/functions, and model building by creating models with defined boundary conditions. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of software function units and participate in the calibration, testing, and evaluation of parameters. To excel in this position, you should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or Automotive Engineering. Moreover, you must possess technical knowledge in physics, chemistry, and technical fields related to internal combustion engines, exhaust aftertreatment, and on-board diagnostics. Familiarity with tools such as GT-Power and Python will be advantageous for fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.,
