One Technical person stationed at head office to look after our barges Maintenance and operation at Jakhau port. Educational qualification: B.E (Mechanical / Marine Engineering). To monitor the performance of barges and maintenance activities carried out at Jakhau port (by both our port team and external agency staff) 2. Vendor management and procurement of spares and stores through the Registered vendors, as per the RFQs raised by the port maintenance team 9. Maintaining all records / certificates and correspondence relating to Barges at the head office 10. To monitor the availability of spares, stores and other consumable inventory with the port maintenance team. Records to be maintained on a real-time basis. 11. To liaison with head office commercial and accounts department for efficient operations of the barges. 12. Travel to the Jakhau port and to shipyards, basis requirement. 13. Certain amount of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency is required.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across analytics, platforms, budget governance, lead management, and process optimization. The position represents a critical client-facing function that directly impacts JLL's reputation for excellence in project management services. This position sits within JLL's Project & Development Services (PDS) division, specializing in interior buildouts and workspace transformations for corporate clients across various industry sectors. The Project Manager reports directly to the Senior Project Manager or Regional Director of Project Management, while providing guidance and direction to Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and managing relationships with external consultants, contractors, and vendors engaged on assigned projects. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management for corporate interior fitout projects ranging from 10,000 to 100,000+ square feet. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and ensuring continuous alignment between project execution and client goals throughout the project lifecycle.
