As the Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, building, and configuration of applications, serving as the main point of contact for the project. Your primary skill requirement is expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with a minimum of 12 years of experience and a 15-year full-time educational qualification. Your key responsibilities will include addressing Enterprise Asset Management requirements, developing competencies at Global Delivery for solutions in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and specializing in areas like compatible Units (CU), Linear Asset Management (LAM), SAP GEF, and Network Modelling. You will design, build, and configure applications to align with business processes and application needs, providing expertise in work planning, resource assignment, and field work execution. Additionally, you will lead blueprint workshops with clients, identify developments, write functional specifications, and implement solutions using Agile methodology. Your technical experience should include a deep understanding of SAP EAM business processes, integration with other SAP components and 3rd party applications, structuring of technical objects, costing for maintenance work orders, and business process design. Furthermore, you will handle business security roles, change management, go-live support, and post-go-live support. Your professional attributes should include strong communication and presentation skills, client-facing abilities, team management skills, logical thinking, and thought leadership activities. Overall, you are expected to possess a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, client interaction capabilities, and leadership qualities to drive successful application design and implementation in the utility industry.,
