As a Product and automation analyst , you will be involved in Powering AI, Automation, and Data-Driven Insights. In this role you will play a key role in: Role & responsibilities : Engage with HR teams across multiple countries to integrate and deploy the OpenAI-based chatbot Collaborate with HR leaders to align chatbot functionality with business needs Analyze chatbot interactions using Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement Manage and update HR policies in the chatbot knowledge base, ensuring accuracy and compliance Troubleshoot AI chatbot issues and optimize performance in coordination with the technical team Identify automation opportunities to enhance HR query resolution and self-service capabilities Maintain and review SuccessFactors Workzone articles to ensure up-to-date HR information Create data-driven reports & dashboard for leadership to enhance chatbot efficiency and HR processes Skills Required: 2+ years of experience in product analysis, HR technology, automation, or chatbot management Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, with expertise in problemsolving, analytics, and AI-driven tools Expertise in HR policies, knowledge management, and self-service automation Experience with OpenAI-based chatbots or HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) is a plus Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation in engineering; MBA in HR
