We are now expanding our core team and are looking for a high-integrity, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join us Role Overview We are hiring a Secretary & Admin Coordinator who will work closely with our Directors and play a key role in streamlining daily correspondence, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring organizational flow. Key Responsibilities Handle confidential correspondence and documentation Schedule meetings, take shorthand notes (Stenography skills a big plus!)
