Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for a Business Development Manager (FMCG Sales). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and implementing sales strategies. Daily tasks include meeting designated sales targets, managing a sales team, conducting market research, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the successful execution of business plans. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Keen to develop market for jaggery products across the boundaries as a sugar substitute Strong analytical and market research skills Proficient in developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record in the FMCG sector preferably in innovative marketing and segmenting target audience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in managing a sales team is a plus Proficiency Innovative marketing Segmenting target audience Ability to meet up designated targets Institutional or bulk sales strategy Salary As per market norms
