🛠️ Job Overview: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager – ELV Systems to lead the complete lifecycle of Extra Low Voltage projects including estimation, execution, and service support. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing complex ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Data Networks, and Building Automation. 📌 Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Estimation & Design: Review RFPs, tender documents, and drawings to prepare accurate BOQs and techno-commercial offers. Liaise with OEMs and suppliers for pricing, product selection, and technical compliance. Coordinate with internal teams for value engineering and bid finalization. 🏗️ Project Execution: Lead project execution covering site planning, team deployment, installation, commissioning, and client coordination. Ensure technical compliance, safety standards, and timely delivery of ELV systems. Conduct periodic project reviews and generate MIS reports for management. 🛠️ After-Sales & Service: Develop and manage AMC contracts, SLAs, and client service protocols. Establish a structured service desk for issue resolution and preventive maintenance. Build a strong service culture and maintain long-term customer relationships. ✅ Candidate Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / IT or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in ELV project estimation, execution & service. Expertise in systems like CCTV (IP/Analog), Fire Alarm, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Data Networking, and BMS.
