Implementation of Privileged Identity Management solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals Worked on building teams from scratch for implementation and operations and has a fair understanding of resourcing, planning, etc. Good understanding of BEYONDTRUST Components, its architecture and has hands-on experience in complex implementations Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership Open to travel as and when required for deployment at customer sites Implement and manage EPM use cases in the environment Troubleshooting and providing service support by diagnosing & resolving EPM solution issues and handling communications with the product vendor to resolve any product bug and SRs Primary Skill: 4 to 8 years of experience in operations OR deployment & implementation of Endpoint Privilege Management solution using leading EPM tools for large scale customers across various industry verticals on Windows and Mac endpoints Should have experience with at least 2 products from the following: Thycotic Privilege Manager, Avecto DefendPoint, BeyondTrust,PowerBroker Product specific certification is highly desirable Should have understanding of GPO and how related policies work Experience in development and implementation of BEYONDTRUST, Privileged Identity ManagementSolution. Good understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the following directories: Oracle Internet Directory Sun Directory Server Active Directory Tivoli Directory Server CA Directory Experience in using database client tools like Toad, etc. Experience in using standard protocols like SSH, Telnet, RDP, etc. and related tools like Putty. Experience in working with the Network devices like firewalls, routers, etc. Should have the ability to understand customer scenario and requirements (may include customized integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global counterparts. Knowledge of basic networking Experience in Windows and Linux operating systems from PIM integration and debugging perspective Secondary Skills: Experience of any other privileged identity manager product- IBM PIM, NetIQ PIM etc. Good to have Skills: Experience of any other privileged identity manager product- IBM PIM, NetIQ PIM etc. Knowledge of any programing language like Java, .Net, etc. Certifications: Certification in BEYONDTRUSTwill be preferred.

Description Overall purpose of role To work and resolve technical problems in Linux/AIXs and work on project tasks (JIRAs, incident, Change) Liaise with other support teams to address the internal support teams issues as well as understand the business requirements and share and adopt best practices being followed. Key Accountabilities Act as technical first point of contact internally and externally for stakeholder requirements through JIRA requests and change tasks, technical calls etc. Promote the use of Technical Standards, Procedures and Best Practice and maximize the use of toolsets and automation. Stakeholder Management and Leadership Manage stakeholder expectations in JIRA communication and team calls Provide regular update on critical requirements Decision-making and Problem Solving Prompt problem solving ability Quick decision making ability to tackle project related issues Provide permanent resolution to problem tickets Adopt, develop and promote automation Person Specification Bachelor degree in technology with working experience in Unix Must be RedHat Certified and ITIL Foundation certified Working experience over 6 years in a fast paced UNIX environment. Excellent communication and articulation skill Ability to drive interaction with senior stakeholders Comfortable to work in APAC/EMEA and weekend shift Unix Administration and troubleshooting skills, clear concepts of LVM, User Management Operating system. Troubleshooting on filesystem user access related issues. Deep understanding of UNIX OS Troubleshooting on various UNIX OS Issue Knowledge of automation, Chef, Powerbroker technologies AWS / cloud knowledge would be added advantage Experience in Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of UNIX issues. Work with vendors like Linux Oracle in coordinating hardware/software issues Build, configuration and troubleshooting experience of Veritas volume manger and Veritas cluster and veritas volume Replicator Basic Tivoli Storage Manager Client administration able to trouble shoot backup failures remediate the same. Good understanding of Network Connectivity and protocols with respect to the UNIX platform Exposure on ticketing tools like Service Now Understanding experience working on DNS, FTP NFS. Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications Engineering graduate with 6-8 years of experience in supporting enterprise Unix environment Excellent knowledge of build , configuration and troubleshooting of Veritas volume manager, Veritas cluster and VVR RedHat Linux and ITIL foundation certified Named Job Posting?
