Supplier Process Formation of eV Power Train Components and systems Hands-on experience on eV Power Train systems , HV cables and LV Wiring harness Preparation of quality Standards for eV Power Train and Interface Systems. 2D Drawing understanding and Scrutiny for eV Power Train Systems and interface components. To coordinate inter department Interactions for eV Power Train component and systems Following SQA Processes ( e.g. Part Rejection/Approval/ Hold etc Processes) for eV Power Train Systems. Knowledge of Safety, Regulatory, Performance etc Characteristics related to Power Train Systems. To conduct process audits and take necessary actions for sustenance Taking necessary actions for supplier development so that his supplies are DOL/ FTR with good quality. Skills in verification and testing of Power train components on test rigs and dynamo-meter. Knowledge of PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFA, DFS etc systems. Knowledge of Inspection measuring and Test Equipment and their calibration. Knowledge awareness of Quality standards, tests rigs, for eV Power Train Systems. Should be able to handle multiple tasks and should be a quick learner. Self driven, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Ready to travel and complete the allocated task within stipulated timeline. Ready to support as a key player in team, to obey and meet expectation of job role and instructions provided by seniors.
