You will be responsible for promoting and expanding wireless communication testing equipment in India, thereby enhancing brand awareness and market penetration. Additionally, conducting on-site demonstrations, installations, and training sessions will be crucial to showcase the product capabilities effectively. In terms of technical support and solutions engineering, you will be expected to offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical assistance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Your expertise will be pivotal in recommending and implementing optimal testing and manufacturing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of customers. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling wireless communication devices and working in the telecommunication industry is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Willingness to travel domestically within India and internationally as needed is a prerequisite for this role. Being customer-oriented with excellent communication skills, enabling you to confidently engage with customers at all levels, will be advantageous. Proficiency in spoken and written English is also necessary for effective communication within the role.,
