Together, we uncover our clients' unique needs and translate them into actionable insights, empowering Talent Acquisition teams to excel. The Manager serves as a key operational leader within the Insights &Intelligence Hub, driving excellence in service delivery and fostering effective team management. In this role, you will lead and inspire a dynamic I&I Hub team supporting a diverse portfolio of clients while ensuring top-tier performance. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with I&I Partners and the Data Strategy team to implement innovative approaches and best practices, shaping the future of I&I delivery. Key Accountabilities Leading and driving the team to ensure that performance, productivity and customer satisfaction are delivered in line with AMS and client expectations, managing any escalations as they arise Leading delivery of I&I Hub service in line with budget and forecasts Ensuring that the teams outputs are rigorously tested, validated, and audited in line with the Data Governance teams quality standards, assessing any discrepancies and analysing trends to deploy continuous improvement plans Managing costs within the team and supporting delivery of financial targets set within agreed budget with any variances anticipated, signalled in advance, and aligned resolution in place Requirements: Immediate joiner or with not more than 45 day notice period. 10+ years of proven experience in insights and intelligence. Hands on experience in Adv. Excel, Macros, Data Mining, Data Modelling, ETL tools and techniques, and Agile working models. Understanding of Talent Acquisition and RPO, including use cases and deployment Proficiency in resource management, workload distribution, and capacity planning to optimize team efficiency and productivity. Excellent project management and presentation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Continuous improvement and innovation led mindset. Ability to articulate and present complex data to simple and meaningful insights for the stakeholders.
