Power Point Designer

As a PowerPoint Designer at Captive IR, your primary role will be to create visually engaging and effective presentations in collaboration with clients or teams. Here is a breakdown of your typical job profile: Responsibilities: - Slide Design: - Design aesthetically pleasing PowerPoint/illustrator/indesign/Canvas slides based on provided content or briefs. - Use creative design techniques, including layout, typography, color schemes, and imagery. - Template Creation: - Develop custom PowerPoint templates aligned with brand guidelines. - Ensure consistency in design elements such as fonts, colors, logos, and icons. - Data Visualization: - Present complex data through visual aids such as charts, graphs, and infographics. - Ensure clarity and comprehension while maintaining visual appeal. - Collaboration: - Work closely with clients, teams, or stakeholders to understand the message and objectives of the presentation. - Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery. - Brand Consistency: - Ensure all presentations adhere to corporate or brand standards, maintaining consistency in visuals and messaging. - Manage and update libraries of approved templates, icons, and other assets. - Software Proficiency: - Utilize PowerPoint features effectively, including Master Slides, SmartArt, and slide animations. - Occasionally use additional design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign to enhance visuals. Required Skills: - Design Skills: - Strong grasp of visual design principles (layout, color theory, typography). - Ability to design for different formats: sales decks, reports, webinars, training materials, etc. - Technical Skills: - Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint (Master Slides, custom templates, slide transitions, etc.). - Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). - Communication: - Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals. - Strong verbal and written communication for understanding client needs and presenting ideas. - Attention to Detail: - Focus on precision, ensuring visuals and content align perfectly. - Thoroughness in reviewing and adjusting presentations based on feedback. Preferred Qualifications: - Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (optional, but beneficial). - Portfolio showcasing PowerPoint presentations or design work. - 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a corporate or agency environment is often preferred).
