Description We are seeking a skilled Dynamic CRM Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to enhance business processes and improve user experience. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business requirements. Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications as needed. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CRM solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality of CRM solutions. Stay updated on new Dynamics CRM features and best practices. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development and customization. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and modules. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Experience with CRM customization tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. Knowledge of web services and REST APIs for integration purposes. Experience in creating and managing workflows and plugins in Dynamics CRM. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
