The Power Platform Tester will be responsible for validating and verifying applications and workflows developed using Microsofts Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Develop, Design comprehensive test plans and test cases for Power Platform applications, workflows, and reports based on functional requirements and business needs. Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions to ensure they operate correctly and meet specified requirements. Good experience in connecting Power Platform with different sources and to provide solutions for the challenges. Implement automated testing frameworks and scripts where applicable to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Identify, document, and track defects and issues. Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure timely resolution. Assess the performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet performance standards and handle expected workloads. Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies. Familiarity with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks relevant to Power Platform, such as Azure DevOps, TestComplete, or similar. Understanding of SQL and basic scripting for testing and validation purposes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and quality assurance.
