Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & PowerBI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Python, and PySpark (Good to have). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).• Design and implement Power BI dashboards for data visualization and business insights.• Utilize Python and PySpark for data processing, transformation, and analytics.• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and other enterprise applications.• Optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficiency and scalability.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry standards.• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, Power BI, and big data technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 3 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Python, and PySpark.• Strong proficiency in DAX, SQL, and data modelling for Power BI.• Experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud-based data solutions.• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or other big data frameworks.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure.• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration techniques.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.• Knowledge on Python Automation techniques.
