The Role Project Technical Lead- PowerApps

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project technical leader to manage our PowerApps developers team and drive project success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams who managing large, complex technical projects within the technology sector and possess the expertise to develop and drive the development of PowerApps. Youll thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment while ensuring the Innovior Delivery Team continues to meet their growth goals and deliver great service to their external and internal stakeholders.

What youll do

In order to meet client needs, you will work with project teams to develop, integrate, extend, and customize Power Platform. You will recognize upcoming challenges and encourage continuous improvement while collaborating with technology and design teams to support your clients. In your role as a Power Platform Technical Lead, you will be involved in every stage of the project, from developing new technical architectures to coming up with innovative solutions that complement the business's value proposition and offering assistance with the deployment of enterprise architecture using the most recent generation of methodologies.

• Lead the technical aspects of PowerApps development projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement customized PowerApps solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure project milestones are met within specified timelines and budgets
• Create, develop, and test other custom application development projects as well as important enterprise solutions.
• As required, work on a range of new software development projects in addition to maintaining current applications.
• Using a range of data sources (Data verse, SharePoint, SQL, etc.), create secure data models. Team members should receive mentorship and technical advice.
• Use the most advanced tools available to offer insights into important business choices and integrate Power Platform solutions into comprehensive plans for digital transformation.

Skills and experiences

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a PowerApps developer
• Strong technical background in Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI + Co-Pilot focused.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Development and integration of solutions, including practical knowledge of Power Automate, Data verse, SharePoint, and Power Apps (canvas & model driven).
• Strong proficiency with Viva, Power BI, Portals, Teams, Dataflows, Azure Functions, App Insights, and Power Virtual Agents
• Understanding code extensions for Plugins, SPFx, PCF controls, and custom connectors
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
