Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Power Platform solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to meet client needs.
• Implement Dataverse and other data models to support business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system integrations between Power Platform and other enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure).
• Lead workshops and user training sessions to drive user adoption and proficiency in Power Platform tools.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to deployed solutions.
• Stay updated with new features and releases in Power Platform and recommend improvements to clients.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, customizations, workflows, and user guides.

Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and its use in building data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience in creating custom connectors and integrations with other Microsoft services such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing workflows, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform administration, governance, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications such as

  or similar are highly preferred.
