Solution Design: Architect and design comprehensive solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools to address complex business challenges. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Power Platform capabilities and solutions. Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Power Platform technologies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation. Experience:Proven experience in Power Apps, Power BI, and the overall Power Platform, with a strong track record of thought leadership and innovation. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving excellence and fostering a collaborative environment. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design creative solutions to business challenges. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
