Visited the hotel last month , the staff is very polite and so is the service. Due to an error from my end the bill was printed wrong which I noticed after 20 days, but the staff impressed with post check out service on call and a resolution was provided immediately

View is super good , but yea area in which this hotel is situated is very busy whole the day, very traffic because of MARKET. Service is really good & workers are polite.

One of the best hotel I stayed in Surat. Near to Railway Station. In the Textile Market. Restaurants not much available just outside. They have their own revolving restaurant. Fantastic food they have. A must for Official tours.

Pathetic place , infact shady place not recommended for the family . If you are getting lured by the websites by the heavy discounts still avoid and this location. Do not fall prey to the discounts . Congested location . Poor / old infrastructure . Non serviced air conditioning . Avoid
