Job Description

As a Firmware Engineer for power management integrated circuits (PMICs) and systems, your role involves designing and implementing firmware solutions. Collaborating closely with hardware engineers, you will define power management requirements and specifications. Developing algorithms for power state management, sleep modes, and dynamic voltage/frequency scaling are key aspects of your responsibilities. - Optimize firmware for performance, efficiency, and responsiveness to power events. - Conduct testing and validation of power management features, including power profiling and analysis. - Debug and troubleshoot power-related issues in firmware and hardware interactions. - Document firmware design, architecture, and development processes. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Knowledge of power management ICs (PMICs) and related protocols such as I2C and SPI. - Experience with energy profiling tools and power analysis techniques. - Familiarity with battery management systems and charging protocols. - Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.,
