Understanding of Electrical Basic Design includes low and medium voltage power distribution systems, raceway systems, Bus bar system, cable tray system, fire alarm systems, underground utility plans, interior and outdoor lighting systems, Lightning protection systems, Earthing system, panel board and distribution board schedules. Understanding of Load Calculations, Single Line Diagram, Riser / Schematic Drawings. Understanding of Bill of Materials, Technical Specifications Codes and standards awareness: IEC, TIA, FM200, NEC, BS, EN, IS, NEC and NFPA codes and standards. Self-motivated talent management characteristics with problem solving skill Efficient communication skills with good presentation, negotiation and relationship characteristics Hands on experience in MEP BIM modeling BIM Modelling for Conduit runs, conduit Racks, Cable trays, J-hooks system, Panels/switch gear/Equipment ceiling with all lighting fixtures and J-boxes. Modelling the project as per LOD Preparation of Project Setup in REVIT MEP. Creating Multiuser work sharing environment in Revit MEP. Creating the Revit Families with Parameters. Generating sections/schedules/schematics in models. Perform clash detections among all trade models (MEP) Populating Fabrication drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing and Combined Drawing.
