The intern will be responsible for various MIS support tasks, including providing Database preparation in Power BI, creating Smart dashboards, and Macros in excel. It is essential to collaborate and work closely with the other Archroma PSGlobal Team. You will be required to work with minimum supervision and deliver the following responsibilities: - Aligning all Lab data/Databases/MIS/Historical data transformation from Various data origin (India, China/Legacy TE) and Harmonisation. - Optimizing Sharepoint and working on different libraries to create an effective system. - Ensuring Power BI dashboards comply with business-specific and global regulatory requirements. - Keeping the Power BI database up to date and recording product data and customer demand to analyze future product import and sales trends. - Understanding customer segmentation and company service expectations to execute a tiered customer response strategy to meet cost-effective objectives. The key requirements for this position include: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, chemical engineering, Data analytics, or related field, or Masters in Chemistry (Organic, Physical & Inorganic). - Specific skills & knowledge: Knowledge of Power BI, Power Excel, Power Query, and various IT tools, good communication skills, good analytical skills, ability to understand chemical products, and fluency in English. As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Global Reporting at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of reporting, analysis, and quality assurance activities related to critical risk and regulatory topics that impact the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring complete and accurate deliverables for asset quality disclosures and key risk metrics, such as Credit Loss Allowance (CLA) and Provision for Credit Loss (CLP). You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including banking regulators, Group Consolidation and Reporting colleagues, Investor Relations, and Treasury, to ensure timely submission of IFRS disclosures, regulatory submissions for FINREP and Pillar 3 disclosures, and managing stakeholder queries. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze and respond to ad hoc queries, interpret new regulatory requirements, and perform period-on-period movement analysis on exposures and asset quality topics. To excel in this role, you should have a working knowledge of Alteryx workflow, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Office, Power Excel, and proficiency in advanced Excel functions. Experience with analytical tools like QlikView or Tableau, as well as familiarity with finance and risk systems, regulatory reporting, and IFRS9, will be beneficial. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to identify and assess potential risks in processes are also essential for success in this position. Ideally, you should hold a university degree with related majors in Financial Accounting & Auditing, Risk & Financial Management, or possess qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar certifications. A background in quantitative subject areas like Statistics and Maths would also be advantageous.
