Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Power Electronics Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in power electronics design and development, preferably for defense/MIL-STD applications.

This role involves working closely with clients, understanding requirements, designing power systems (AC-DC, DC-DC), and driving projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities -End-to-end design and development of power electronics systems AC-DC & DC-DC power supplies -Transformer and magnetics design -System architecture & schematic capture -BOM creation & optimization -PCB layout review & Gerber release -Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC compliance and relevant MIL standards (preferable). -Perform Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and thermal analysis during design stages. -Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and design for testability (DFT) reviews. -Execute prototype testing, validation, and troubleshooting of power electronics hardware. -Work on technical documentation, including design history, test reports, and validation records. -Collaborate with vendors for component selection, sourcing, and technical clarifications. - Participate in client interactions, including requirement gathering, technical discussions, and project reviews. Basic Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (EEE/ECE) or related discipline. Ability to interact with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
