As an Electrical Engineer with over 2 years of experience in US-based electrical projects within commercial, healthcare, residential, hotel, and restaurant sectors, you will be responsible for designing electrical power distribution systems for various types of buildings, including service sizing. Your role will involve creating one-line diagrams, Power device/equipment layouts, and designing lighting systems with selection and control capabilities for diverse buildings. You will also design fire alarm systems and emergency systems with knowledge of generator sizing, emergency equipment selection, grounding, and bonding. Additionally, you will be expected to perform load calculations, power calculations, and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines both independently and collaboratively. Qualifications for this position include expertise in fault current calculation, selective coordination for overcurrent protective devices using power software or manual calculations, and knowledge of lightning protection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit is required, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
