We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Growth Associate who will work closely with Growth Managers and collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to expand the market share of our apps across new verticals and new territories . The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence to drive exponential growth. Mandatory certification course on Business Analysis / Excel advance & Power BIgathering, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lookerstudio). Key Responsibilities: Identify growth opportunities for new business verticals , including new markets , partnerships, and product innovations . Develop market entry plans , conduct competitive analysis , and create country-specific growth roadmaps . Build and optimize processes to achieve scalable growth in target markets. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to design and execute country-specific marketing campaigns . Monitor key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) , conversion rates, and ROI , ensuring profitability. Work on data analysis to identify insights, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in category growth roles , preferably in consumer tech , mobile apps , or internet business . Strong skills in communication , stakeholder management , and problem-solving . Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel , SQL , and Power BI . Strong knowledge of business process modeling , requirements gathering , and documentation tools like JIRA , Confluence , MS Visio , and Looker Studio . Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets for quick analysis. Ability to work effectively in agile/scrum environments .
