Weare seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Data Analyst andPowerBI developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The idealcandidate will be proficient in SQL Experience in the banking domain andfamiliarity with at least one BI tool is required to effectively analyze data,generate insights, and support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Write,optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulatedata from MS SQL Server databases (or any other RDBMS like oracle, Postgres). Design,build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. IntegratePower BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, cloud databases). Analyzelarge datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights relevantto banking operations and business goals. Collaboratewith business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translatethem into technical solutions. Assist in datacleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistencyof data. Supportdata integration and transformation processes within Azure cloud environments. Documentdata definitions, processes, and analysis methodologies to maintain knowledgesharing and compliance. Participatein cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making andproblem-solving. Qualification Bachelors degree in science, Engineering and related disciplines. Work Experience 3+ years ofexperience in data analysis and PowerBI dashboard development Proficiencyin Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL. Ability toanalyse complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technicalstakeholders. Strongproficiency in SQL, preferably with MS SQL Server. Practicalexperience working with Azure cloud services and data-related tools. Goodunderstanding of banking processes and terminology is preferred. Strongproblem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effectivecommunication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
