Role Overview: As a solution provider at Wipro Limited, your role is to bridge the gap between technology and business expertise in order to deliver client solutions effectively. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end processes, providing optimal solutions, and supporting new business implementations while ensuring system integration and customization. Key Responsibilities: - Bridging the gap between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise - Driving the entire process for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment - Checking the feasibility of new change requirements and providing optimal solutions with clear timelines - Providing techno-functional support for new business implementations, including architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation - Understanding both functional and technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system - Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products through coding, testing, and production - Implementing business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions - Writing code according to developmental standards and deciding on implementation methodologies - Providing product support and maintenance to clients for specific ERP solutions and resolving day-to-day queries and technical problems - Creating and deploying automation tools/solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency - Understanding and addressing the technical and functional requirements of projects and providing solutioning/advice to clients or internal teams - Supporting on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and providing off-site support Qualifications Required: - Experience: 5-8 years - Mandatory Skills: Power BI Visualization on cloud Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company dedicated to building innovative solutions that cater to the most complex digital transformation needs of clients.
