Role Purpose: This role is designed to provide solutions that bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to effectively deliver client solutions. Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise - Lead end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment - Evaluate the feasibility of new change requirements and offer optimal solutions to clients within clear timelines - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, including building the entire system from scratch - Assist the solutioning team in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation processes - Understand and implement both functional and technical designs and architectures on the ERP system - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production - Translate business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology into ERP solutions - Write code according to developmental standards to determine the implementation methodology - Deliver product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving day-to-day queries and technical issues - Develop and deploy automation tools and solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency - Act as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, providing solutions and advice to clients or internal teams - Support on-site managers with relevant details regarding any changes and provide off-site support Skill Upgradation and Competency Building: - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications regularly to enhance skills - Attend trainings and seminars to sharpen knowledge in functional and technical domains - Write papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the intranet Performance Metrics: 1. Contribution to customer projects - Quality, SLA adherence, ETA, number of tickets resolved, problems solved, change requests implemented, zero customer escalations, CSAT 2. Automation - Process optimization, reduction in steps, decrease in tickets raised 3.
