Job Description

As a Software Engineer (Power BI Reporting Specialist) at our vibrant international team, you will play a crucial role in creating a better tomorrow by utilizing your skills in Power BI reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports. - Documenting reporting requirements and maintaining report catalogues to support self-service reporting initiatives and user training. - Performing basic data analysis to support decision-making processes. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech with 5+ years of experience in reporting, business analysis, or data analytics. - Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI with a deeper understanding of data models and relationships. - Have deeper knowledge in Fabric, Lake House setup, and deployment pipelines. - Exhibit good communication and documentation skills with fluency in English (spoken and written). - Show experience with SQL or Power Query, familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, or other Microsoft tools, and exposure to agile working environments (SCRUM/SAFe). - Understand KPIs and business performance metrics.
