Power BI / Power Automate Contractor

As a Power BI and Power Automate Developer at Sapper, your main responsibility will be designing and developing reports and dashboards to fulfill the needs of business stakeholders. You will be tasked with gathering and analyzing business requirements for data visualization and reporting, working closely with data engineers and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes. Your role will involve creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis while ensuring data security and compliance with best practices. In addition, you will be expected to design, develop, and deploy robust Power Automate workflows to automate various business processes. This will include creating custom connectors, templates, Paginated reports, and flows tailored to specific business requirements. You will utilize advanced Power Automate functionalities such as expressions, loops, conditions, and error handling to build efficient workflows. Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports and workflows will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate, focusing on report and dashboard creation. A strong understanding of Business Intelligence platforms, Data Warehousing concepts, and advanced expertise in SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning, is required. Proficiency in data modeling, data visualization concepts, and experience with Postgres and SQL for data manipulation and extraction are essential. Additionally, you should have proficiency in process automation, self-service tool design, familiarity with cloud storage solutions, data transfer methodologies, API integration and management, as well as an understanding of project management principles and agile methodologies.,
