Power-BI Lead Programmer Analyst

Role Overview: As a Power-BI Lead Programmer Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and publishing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and documenting reporting requirements from stakeholders, as well as developing data models, DAX calculations, and data visualizations for various business use cases. Additionally, you will be optimizing Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and usability, and implementing row-level security (RLS) and data security standards. Collaboration with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and business alignment will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also provide user training and support on Power BI reports and dashboards, while staying updated with Power BI and BI industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. - Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from stakeholders. - Develop data models, DAX calculations, and data visualizations for business use cases. - Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and usability. - Implement row-level security (RLS) and data security standards. - Integrate Power BI with different data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, Cloud, etc.). - Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and business alignment. - Provide user training and support on Power BI reports and dashboards. - Stay up to date with Power BI and BI industry trends. Qualification Required: - 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Analytics using Power-BI. - Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts. - Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases. - Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization. - Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting. - Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics. - Familiarity with Azure / AWS / GCP. - Understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Good oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team, proactive, and adaptive mindset.,
