Power BI Developer(SQL)

Role Overview: As a Power BI Developer / SSRS Developer in the Business Intelligence team, your main responsibility will be developing, maintaining, and optimizing SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards. You will need to leverage your strong SQL skills and experience in report development to deliver accurate and insightful reports to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain SSRS reports based on business requirements. - Write optimized T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures. - Manage report subscriptions, schedules, and delivery mechanisms in SSRS. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report specifications and ensure accuracy. - Create Power BI dashboards using Power Query and DAX. - Support data validation, report testing, and documentation of report logic and sources. - Ensure security, performance, and reliability in reporting solutions. - Assist in transitioning SSRS reports to Power BI over time. - Monitor and troubleshoot reporting tools and data integrity issues. Qualifications Required: - Strong SQL Server knowledge with complex T-SQL queries. - Experience designing parameterized, drill-through, and paginated SSRS reports. - Exposure to Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases. - Understanding of report optimization and performance tuning. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.,
