Embracing ambiguity and utilizing moments of uncertainty as opportunities to grow will be key aspects of your role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative AI solutions - Utilize analytical skills to address complex challenges in data - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities - Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients to understand their needs - Oversee the implementation of algorithms into self-sufficient applications - Monitor and document the performance of AI models for continuous enhancement - Maintain adherence to established practices in AI development and deployment - Contribute to the overall strategy of the Data and Analytics team **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years of on-the-job experience working as a Power BI Developer, Insights Analyst, or Alteryx - Oral and written proficiency in English In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work at PwC Acceleration Centers, actively supporting various services and engaging in challenging projects. You will collaborate with experts to develop innovative Artificial Intelligence solutions, mentor junior team members, and build relationships with clients while delivering quality results. Dynamic training will be provided to enhance your technical and professional skills. If you possess 5 years of experience in Power BI development, hold a B Tech, M Tech, or M Sc in Maths or Stats, and have proven experience in developing complex visualizations, you will set yourself apart in this role. Demonstrating advanced ETL flow development skills, excelling in data analysis, and query development, understanding user-centered design principles, and exhibiting self-motivation and teamwork capabilities will be crucial to your success. The shift time for this role is 12 to 9pm IST.
