We are currently looking for a Power BI Architect who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating data models, reports, and dashboards that align with business requirements. Additionally, they will oversee the overall architecture and integration of Power BI with existing data infrastructure, collaborating closely with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data flow and analysis capabilities. **Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the Business Analysis team and ETL team to ensure a proper understanding of data architecture usage. - Analyze requirements to develop technical designs, data models, and migration strategies. - Collaborate with technology stakeholders to define and implement actionable metrics, KPIs, and data visualizations. - Lead the technical design and implementation of dashboards and reporting capabilities. - Lead the technical design for implementing solutions with the Power BI Report server. - Implement data quality, data integrity, and data standardization efforts across products and databases to enable key business processes and applications. **Required Skills:** - Business Requirement Understanding: Proficiency in understanding business and data requirements in complex environments. - Power BI Proficiency: 8 to 10 years of experience as a Power BI Architect or Designer. - Power BI Report Server: Experience working with Power BI Report Server for On-premises solutions. - Data Model and Design: Develop robust data models using Power Query, including data cleansing, transformation, and aggregation to ensure accurate and efficient analysis. - Visualizations and Reporting: Create compelling and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI's visualization tools to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. - Architecture Planning: Design the overall Power BI architecture, considering data sources, data gateways, data refresh schedules, and security measures. - DAX Expertise: Utilize DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create advanced calculations and metrics within Power BI. - Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize Power BI queries and reports to maintain fast response times and scalability.,
