Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across different geographic locations. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with overseas teams in different time zones. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing demands effectively.
