Job Description

In this role at Accelleron, you will be responsible for supporting business applications on level 2 within the Central Operations Team. Your main tasks will involve coordinating support requests and incidents, clarifying level 2 incidents, and working closely with the development team for resolution. **Your responsibilities:** - Support for business application support (level 2) - Coordination of support requests & incidents with "level 1" and "level 3" (developers) - End user Support in English - L2-Analysis of incidents, Triaging for level 3 - Fulfillment of Standard Service Request - Master data maintenance, analysis missing master data and clarification with data owner - Coordination and realization of small change request inside the business applications - Working with Microsoft Power Platform (especially with Dataverse and Power Automate) **Your background:** - Proficiency in creating and customizing model-driven Power Apps using the Power Platform or MS Dynamics 365 CE / CRM - Experience with building data models, forms, views within the Power Apps framework - Experience with Power Automate (Flow) and Power BI - Familiarity with other Power Technologies like Canvas Apps, MS Forms, Power pages - Ability to integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems - Understanding security best practices within the Power Platform - Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working style - Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people - English fluently (both written and spoken) **Your Benefits:** - Attractive compensation & benefits - Employee Assistance Program - Global parental leave program - Flexible working models Accelleron fosters a diverse and inclusive environment where individual differences are welcomed and celebrated.
