Power and Thermal Test Engineer

Role Overview: As a member of the Power Test team at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in meeting power goals and identifying power issues at the system level. You will collaborate with engineers from various disciplines and technologies to optimize the power of the chipset, including SoC infra, Advanced CPUs, Hexagon DSPs, Adreno GPUs, AR/VR, ML/AI, 4G modems, and low power audio. This position requires 2-4 years of work experience. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding of embedded software development, including device drivers, OS concepts, ARM architecture, 4G/5G modems, and connectivity, especially on mobile devices or complex SoCs. - Hands-on experience in test automation. - Experience in SoC power management or power management for low-power SoCs is a plus. - Experience in 4G/5G testing is a plus. - Strong exposure to working in mobile test environments. - Strong basics and hands-on experience in Wireless Technologies (GSM, WCDMA, CDMA, LTE). - Strong testing background for multimedia and knowledge of the power optimization process. - Strong analytical skills and very good communication skills.
