You will be responsible for the daily supervision of our breeder flock, focusing on fertility, health, and productivity. Flock Management: Oversee all aspects of breeder bird care, including feeding, health checks, vaccination, and biosecurity enforcement. Production: Supervise the collection, handling, sorting, and preparation of high-quality hatching eggs. Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule farm staff and maintain accurate production records. Facilities: Ensure optimal environmental control and maintenance of poultry house equipment
