Role & responsibilities Responsible for handling a Broiler Breeder Branch Major accountability - Ensuring breed STDs with respect to HHHE, Livability, CPP, Hatchability Responsible for ensuring the cost of production per HE is with in the Targeted Value Responsible for maintaining our SOP at all the Branch farms Responsible for educating / training all farm incharges for achieving our Production Targets at their respective farms Responsible for ensuring optimum inventory for all farm needy materials, medicine, Egg Trays, Packing Materials and Vaccine. And raising on time indent for all farm requirements Regular Farm Visit On time submission of all necessary reports with respect to Branch performance Over all responsible for the smooth operations and Production of the allotted branch Preferred candidate profile Any graduates with relevant experience in handling Broiler Breeder Operations of a Branch in Poultry Industry or B.Sc Poultry Science, B. The Poultry Breeder- Technical Specialist role is crucial in providing expert technical guidance to poultry customers to support the business in achieving growth objectives. As the Technical Specialist, you will engage with customers to understand their strategies and requirements, enabling you to assist them in enhancing their outcomes and surpassing their targets through tailored product solutions and services. Your responsibilities will also include identifying new business prospects within the existing customer base, offering recommendations, managing projects, conducting customer communication and training sessions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic and technical guidance to account managers. You will collaborate with Cargill's global consultants to deliver on-site technical assistance to current customers and prospects. Providing customized solutions and technical support materials to specific customers will be a key aspect of your role. By analyzing data and collaborating with customers on projects, you will drive initiatives that align with customer needs. Furthermore, you will organize project data and insights for both internal and customer presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and act as a subject matter expert during engagements with potential customers. Staying updated on product insights and research to enhance the value proposition of offerings will be essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and current application and value collection data in the systems. Handling moderately complex issues independently with minimal supervision, while escalating the most intricate challenges to the appropriate personnel, will be part of your duties. Additionally, you may be assigned other responsibilities as necessary. Minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a veterinary field (B. V. Sc. & A. H.) and a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications comprise a Master's degree or Doctorate in veterinary science, experience in Breeder Farm Management, and a demonstrated passion for understanding, creating, and communicating value and solutions to both team members and customers. Public speaking experience is also desirable for this position.,
