We are seeking an experienced Pottery instructor who teaches various clay and ceramic techniques to students in educational institutions, community centers, or private studios, and their profile includes strong pottery skills, effective communication, creativity, and patience

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Design and prepare age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to the needs and interests of students.
• Wheel throwing
• Hand-building
• Surface decoration (e.g., glazing, carving, texturing)
• Deliver in-depth instruction on art and craft techniques to help students build and refine their pottery skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic growth.
• Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and well-organized.
• Maintain equipment, manage materials, and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with studios, schools, or community centers to promote pottery workshops and group classes.
• Assist in marketing events, exhibitions, and student showcases.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or an equivalent qualification in visual arts or crafts. SKILLS :
• Have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with a strong background in studio pottery or ceramics.
• Pottery wheel operation
• Hand-building techniques
• Use of molds, carving tools, and glazing methods
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide students of varying skill levels.
• Display creativity in developing original works and lesson content.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
