As a Producer/Associate Producer based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the production team to produce digital and mainline ad-films. Your responsibilities will include supporting the day-to-day management of production and project management, acting as a liaison between director and producer teams, providing reports on project management tasks and issues, and collaborating with HODs to plan, prioritize tasks, execute, and track milestones effectively. You will be responsible for resolving issues in the production pipeline, assisting the team in adhering to project schedules and budgets, creatively solving problems while considering budget and timeline constraints, managing the post-production pipeline with the Post Producer to ensure high-quality output within deadlines, and maintaining accurate cost of production and timely closure reports. The ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in ad-film production, possess strong project management skills, have experience working on sets in production teams, be able to adapt quickly to change and work effectively under pressure, demonstrate exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Additionally, the ability to work independently or as a team player, along with being responsible, proactive, accountable, and personable, are essential qualities for success in this position.,
