You will be responsible for assessing the patient's condition before surgery to ensure their well-being. It will be your duty to prepare the Operating Room with all the necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment required for the procedure. Maintaining the sterilization of the operating room and positioning the patient on the operating table will be crucial tasks. During the operation, you will pass medical instruments to the surgeons and monitor the patient's vital signs closely. Post-surgery, evaluating the patients and reviewing charts for completeness as per documentation protocols will be part of your responsibilities. Adhering to health and safety standards is mandatory for this role. Effective communication with patients, teammates, and physicians is essential to ensure continuity of care. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining all MRD records, including patient Consent forms, operative notes, and Anesthesia Charts. Planning in advance for pharmacy and implants requirements and attending routine NABH related trainings will also be expected from you.,
